All items are shipped out within 2 business days by UPS ground from warehouses in Connecticut or Nevada (this depends on
the delivery address of the order). It takes up to 3 to 5 days, depending on where you live, to recieve your item.
USA 48 state shipping $5.99 per item.
*AK and HI customers are required to pay additional shipping charges. Please contact us for the shipping costs.
*Canadian shipping $30.00 per item.

Items will only be shipped to the verified address listed on your Paypal account.
If you would like to pay with a cashiers check or money order your item will be shipped when payment is recieved.
Warranty
This product comes with a 6 months warranty. In case the sound chip fails to work within that period of time, we will send
a replacement sound chip only. It is not difficult to replace that chip. The chip will be send by US postal.
Return Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee (Less S&H Fee) if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that
you meet the following conditions:
Item must be sent back within 14 days of reciept.
Returns should be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back) in the complete original
packaging.
We only refund non-used, resellable products. It is not a problem if you have already assembled the product.

Defective or Damaged Items
Please send us an email within 3 days if you recieve damaged or defective items. Do Not accept a package with visable damage
from UPS.
